Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tk10b ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the tk10b online betting and casino service available at https://tk10b.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces.

By completing the registration process, accessing any part of the Platform, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

This Agreement is written in English. In the event of any translation or interpretation dispute, the English-language version shall prevail.

Eligibility

To register and use tk10b, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an active account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. tk10b strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all users, in line with responsible gambling best practices.
• You are legally permitted to access online gambling services under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is not prohibited in your country, state, or territory of residence.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of tk10b or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or permanently closed by tk10b for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion database that covers the tk10b Platform.

tk10b reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified in the request may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

Account Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on tk10b at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. tk10b is not liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. tk10b will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account whilst your credentials are valid is your sole responsibility, unless you have notified us in writing of unauthorised access at the earliest reasonable opportunity.

tk10b employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages. However, you are responsible for the security of the device and network connection you use to access the Platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All funds deposited to and withdrawn from tk10b are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk10b does not impose currency conversion fees on BDT transactions. The following payment methods are currently supported:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where supported by your issuing bank)

Deposits are ordinarily credited to your tk10b account within minutes of confirmed receipt. tk10b is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, mobile financial service providers, or banking institutions.

Withdrawal requests are processed during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business operations. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: typically 15 to 60 minutes during BST operating hours
• Bank transfer: typically 1 to 3 business days

tk10b reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used to deposit funds into the same account, except where tk10b's compliance team expressly approves an alternative method in writing.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

Bonuses & Promotions

tk10b may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives ("Promotions") to registered players. All Promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the offer, which form part of this Agreement by reference.

Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all tk10b Promotions:

• Each Promotion may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, and payment method.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion terms before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress will be forfeited upon expiry.
• tk10b reserves the right to determine which games and bet types contribute to wagering requirements. Bets placed on certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• tk10b reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, or amend any Promotion at any time. If a Promotion is withdrawn after a player has opted in, any wagering progress completed prior to withdrawal will be honoured.
• Systematic abuse of Promotions — including but not limited to matched betting, exploitation of software errors, or coordinated multi-account activity — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

Betting Rules

All bets placed on tk10b are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or event, as published on the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity or omission, tk10b's trading team retains the right to apply reasonable and customary industry practice in settling the bet.

tk10b offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting markets. In-play odds are updated in real time; the odds at which your bet is confirmed are the final odds for that wager. tk10b does not guarantee that specific markets will be available for any given event.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placing a wager. tk10b reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts or restrict market access for individual accounts without prior notice.

In the event of a manifest error in odds — including but not limited to obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, or human input mistakes — tk10b reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion, regardless of whether the relevant event has taken place.

Casino & Games

tk10b offers live casino games and slot titles supplied by third-party game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe ("Game Providers"). All games are provided under licence from their respective Game Providers and are subject to the rules and technical parameters configured by each provider.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk10b Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using tk10b to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are the proceeds of criminal activity, or structuring transactions to conceal the source of funds.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen payment credentials, initiating fraudulent chargebacks, submitting false identity documents, or impersonating another individual.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one account, or assisting another individual in doing so.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of betting markets or casino games to the detriment of tk10b or other players.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets, access account functions, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting a software bug, pricing error, or technical glitch to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Abuse of Promotions: Systematically claiming promotions across multiple accounts or through coordinated activity designed to circumvent the intent of promotional terms.

Responsible Gaming

tk10b takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. We provide the following tools to all registered players to support healthy gambling habits:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without prior written authorisation from tk10b.

The tk10b brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers of the Platform. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk10b shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

tk10b does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features.

Nothing in this section shall limit tk10b's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose funds placed as bets. tk10b is not responsible for gambling losses suffered as a result of your use of the Platform.

Termination

You may close your tk10b account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal timeline. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

tk10b reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• We reasonably suspect fraudulent, unlawful, or harmful activity associated with your account.
• You fail to provide requested identity verification documents within the specified timeframe.
• We are required to do so by applicable law, court order, or regulatory direction.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.

In the event of account closure by tk10b for breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. In all other cases, your verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

Amendments

tk10b reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, tk10b will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform upon next login.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Section 13.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document reflects the date on which the most recent version of the Terms & Conditions came into effect.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the tk10b Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable offshore gaming jurisdiction law under which tk10b operates. tk10b is an offshore gaming platform; players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform is compliant with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

tk10b does not make any representation that the Platform is appropriate or legally available for use in all jurisdictions. If you access tk10b from a jurisdiction where online gambling is restricted or prohibited, you do so entirely at your own risk and responsibility.
